• Professional Photos with Redbox Ctudios last an hour (1) to an hour and a half (1.5 hours). If you wish for the photoshoot to last longer, it may result in additional charges.

• Although several photos will be taken, you will be able to select 10-15 photos of your liking to be edited. Additional photos can be added but it may result in additional charges.

• You are allowed one (1) outfit for the entirety of the photoshoot. Additional outfits will result in additional charges.

• The location of the photoshoot can be selected by Redbox Ctudios (e.g., Gettler Stadium at the University of Cincinnati) or an arrangement can be made to have the location of your choice. Depending on the location and/or the distance, the request may either be declined or result in additional charges.

• If the edited photos (when previewed) are not to your liking, adjustments can be made (at no cost) to ensure that the final results meet or exceed your expectations.

• Redbox Ctudios requires 50% of the total cost upfront (upon booking). The remaining balance must be paid before the photos can be released and made accessible to you.

• The turn around time for the photos is 3-10 business days. If additional time is required (regardless of the reason), you will be notified (via text, email or phone call) in a timely manner and without unreasonable delay.

• Cancellation or Rescheduling Request by Redbox Ctudios!
  If cancellation or rescheduling is deemed necessary (regardless of the reason) by Redbox Ctudios, you will receive a notification (via text or phone call) ahead of time (at least 2-4 hours before the photoshoot). Life threatening or Family Emergencies may prevent this from happening. It is understood that every effort will be made by Redbox Ctudios and its representatives to communicate the cancellation or rescheduling request. If you do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a 100% refund.

• Cancellation or Rescheduling Request by You (The Client)!
  If you wish to cancel or reschedule the photoshoot (regardless of the reason), it must be done without unreasonable delay. Life threatening or Family Emergencies may prevent this from happening. It is understood and believed that you will make every effort possible to communicate the cancellation or rescheduling request. It is important to understand that:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 2 hours or more before the photoshoot will result in a 100% refund (if requested).

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 1-2 hours before the photoshoot may result in a 50% refund (if requested).

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 1 hour before the photoshoot may result in a 25% refund (if requested).

  • If you are a no-show*, there will be NO REFUND issued.

• Redbox Ctudios has the right to change the terms & conditions outlined here at any time, with or without notice. It is understood that future changes will supersede or eliminate those found in the previous version of the terms & conditions.

* A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling, rescheduling or notifying Redbox Ctudios. Before assuming that you are a no-show, Redbox Ctudios and its representatives will wait at the agreed upon location for no more than 15-20 minutes.
