VIDEO EDITING- TERMS & CONDITIONS

For Scouting Videos, a 75% down deposit is required up front. If you are unsatisfied with the final product, adjustments can be made at no extra cost to you. You can request a full refund within 48-hours after the payment is received. If the final product was just not up-to-par with what you expected and you seek a refund then, you can either:
- Receive a 50% refund as long as you do not use the video at any time, on any platforms, or for any purpose without the explicit written consent of FAITH Goalkeeping; OR
- Receive a 25% refund if you think you might use it at any point in time in the future.
Please note that if you elect to receive the 50% refund and it is later discovered that you used the scouting video created without the written consent of FAITH Goalkeeping, you will be asked to pay a $150 fee (within 3-5 days). If payment is not received during that time period, FAITH Goalkeeping may seek legal actions, to the full extent of the law.
Scouting videos can be made PUBLIC (via our YouTube channel) or kept PRIVATE (made accessible only to you). The choice is yours. Confirmation of your preference is required. Otherwise, it will be made public by default.

As long as you complete a minimum of 10 sessions (of any type) within the first year, you may receive your first Year-Long Highlights video for FREE. Consider this a complementary gift from FAITH Goalkeeping.
Year-Long Highlights can be obtained for FREE every year as long as you book at least 30 or more sessions during the year.
After Year 1, if you wish to obtain a Year-Long Highlights video (but you have not completed the minimum number of sessions required), you will be asked to pay the fee listed on the website.
Whether free or paid for, you are welcomed to give us feedback on the final product. If it is not to your liking, adjustments (e.g., Adding or removing clips, changing the song used, etc.) can be made at no extra cost to you. We will do our best to ensure that the results meet or exceed your expectations.

Unless told otherwise, Training Highlights can be obtained within 5-7 business days after a training session.
If you had selected the FREE Option during the booking process, but later change your mind (i.e., You wish to obtain Training Highlights), you will be required to pay the fee listed on the website. Once the payment is received, you will be able to select the respective session(s) for which you wish to obtain the Highlights. Unless told otherwise, the video will be posted and made available within 5-7 business days of the request.
If the final product is not to your liking, adjustments can be made at no extra cost to you. We will do our best to ensure that the results meet or exceed your expectations.

The FREE Option will only give you access to Training Highlights.
There is an undetermined turn-around time for the videos to be released. For instance, it could take up to 2 years before your Highlights video is made available to you. You might be wondering, “Why such a big gap?” There are 2 primary reasons for this:
- Clients who do not select the FREE Option always take priority.
- The FREE Option employs the “I will only get to it if or when I have some free time” approach.
DISCLAIMER: The FREE Option does NOT reduce the quality of our work. It was simply created to be the most affordable option for video editing offerings.

Our Social Media Policy must be signed or a written acknowledgement must be received from anyone wishing to obtain Video Editing services from FAITH Goalkeeping.
Consent must be given in writing before recording begins. This can be done with ease when booking a session*.
Training Highlights and Year-Long Highlights are made PUBLIC. They will be shared on some and/or all social media platforms used by FAITH Goalkeeping. They may also be uploaded to this website.
Unedited Footage are uploaded to YouTube in an UNLISTED folder (kept PRIVATE and only made available to YOU). Unless otherwise specified, they will remain so and never be made PUBLIC.
Any video made PUBLIC can be taken down (removed from any or all platforms), at any time. A written notice is required and must be received via email. It may take 7-14 business days for your request to be processed.
