CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book a session, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful, please notify us (via text or call) as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to make your appointment. Ideally, this would be done without unreasonable delay and/or at least 2 to 4 hours before the session takes place. We understand that life threatening emergencies, family emergencies, or unpredictable events (e.g., Flat tire, car accident, etc.) may prevent this from happening. It is understood that you will make every effort to communicate a cancellation or rescheduling request. Expect the same from us.

Assuming that Payment was received ahead of time…

  • Cancellation requests received 4 or more hours before the session may result in a 100% refund.

  • Cancellation requests received 2 to 4 hours before the session may result in a 50% refund.

  • Cancellation requests received less than 2 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of full tuition.

  • Being a no-show* may result in forfeiture of full tuition + $50 no-show fee.

  • Rescheduling requests can be accommodated at no extra cost, up to 3 consecutive times. Anything beyond that may result in forfeiture of full tuition.

  • If you had purchased a training bundle and wish to be issued a refund, then the following may occur:

    • You will be charged the regular price for each session of the bundle that you used.

    • You forfeit any discount that was previously issued/applied.

    • You will be charged a $50 administration fee.

    • You will pay any remaining balance in full and without unreasonable delays (no later than 48 hours).

    • Any remaining balance (owed to you) will be refunded in a timely manner and without unreasonable delays (no later than 3-5 business days).

Assuming that Payment was NOT received ahead of time…

  • Cancellation requests received 4 or more hours before the session will NOT result in a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation requests received 2 to 4 hours before the session may result in a cancellation fee equal to
    25% of the amount of the session.

  • Cancellation requests received less than 2 hours before the session may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the amount of the session.

  • Being a no-show* may result in forfeiture of full tuition + $50 no-show fee. The balance must be paid in full before any subsequent sessions can be booked. Otherwise, all booking requests may be declined immediately upon receipt.

  • Rescheduling requests can be accommodated at no extra cost, up to 3 consecutive times. Anything beyond that may result in $50 administration fee and/or future requests may simply be denied.

  • If an agreement was made for the purchase a training bundle, then you will have to reschedule the session.

* A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling, rescheduling or notifying FAITH Goalkeeping. Before assuming that you are a no-show, we will be waiting at the scheduled (agreed upon) location for no more than 20 minutes.
