BOOKING GUIDELINES
CAN’T FIND YOUR IDEAL TIME ON OUR CALENDAR?
The booking pages (for either Private or Group Training sessions) accurately reflect our current availability. If you do not see any availability on our calendar or simply cannot find a session at a time that suits you, feel free reach out to us (via Text Message or Email). Include as much information as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and be as flexible as possible. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a positive conclusion.
We do NOT do same day appointments.
Our booking works as follow: If there is availability and no booking occurs within 24 hours of the designated time, the latter will become unavailable automatically. For example, if we have a 5pm session available on a Thursday and it does not get booked by 5pm on Wednesday, that time slot will automatically become unavailable. Hence why we ask that you reach out if you cannot find something on the calendar.
To guarantee your spot, it is highly recommended that you purchase one of our Training Bundles and book as many sessions ahead as you would like!
TRAINING LOCATION(S)
Please understand that FAITH Goalkeeping does not currently own a training facility. We utilize open fields across the Greater Cincinnati area. When you are booking a session, you get to choose between various locations, including but not limited to:
Grooms Field (Blue Ash);
Fulcrum Fives (Blue Ash);
Sycamore Highschool (Blue Ash);
Gettler Stadium (University of Cincinnati);
Nippert Stadium (University of Cincinnati); and
Other (Please specify*).
If the selected location is occupied or unavailable, we look for others. For example, if Grooms Field is occupied, we may attempt to utilize Sycamore Highschool. Please note that this may delay the session start/end time. If no reasonable solution can be found, the session may get cancelled and rescheduled for a later date and a better time. It is important to note that these circumstances are completely out of our control. Rest assured that we will do the best we can with what we have to provide you with the best experience possible.

* Depending on the distance, additional fees may be applied to the overall cost of the session. If applied, these charges must be paid in full, and without unreasonable delay, before the session occurs. A fee of up to $30 fee may be applied if the training location is 20-30mi away from the trainer’s residence. Anything more than 30mi may result in a fee determined by the location (not to exceed $50) or the request may be DECLINED.
SESSION START TIME
Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Selected location occupied, appointments running behind, massive traffic jams, etc.), especially those that are out of our respective control, the actual start time of the training session may vary at times. We understand and believe that every effort will be made (on both sides) to limit that as much as possible.
As soon as we are aware, FAITH Goalkeeping and its personnel will try to notify you (via Text Message or Phone Call) of any tardiness or delays longer than ten (10) minutes. We will also provide you with our ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). If the ETA is more than fifteen (15) minutes, we may cancel the session or reschedule it for a later time. However, if the delay does not bother you, the actual session start time will simply be pushed back and you will enjoy the full length of training. For example, assume that the session scheduled was for 1 hour and the start time was for 5pm. If our ETA happens to be 5:15pm, then you have the option to reschedule the session or instead of starting at 5pm (and ending at 6pm), we will start at 5:15pm (and end at 6:15pm). Every effort will be made to notify you ahead of time of any delays, cancellations or rescheduling requests. Feel free to contact us (via Text Message or Phone Call) for confirmation and updates as well. Please note that the decision to push back a session start time will be based on the schedule that day. If there are a few sessions after yours, your session will get rescheduled for a later day/time.
With that being said, if tardiness or delays occur but you are already at the training location, you can still make good use of that time. There are several things you could be doing, including but not limited to:
Getting your boots on;
Warming up;
Stretching;
Juggling;
Taping your fingers;
Practicing goal kicks, etc.
These can allow us to immediately start the session upon arrival and maximizing our time.
